Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In the make table cooler on the cook line, cut melon (50F - Cold Holding); hard boiled egg (49F - Cold Holding); cut tomatoes (49F - Cold Holding). Operator iced items in the make table.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. There is a mixer and containers of mix flavorings inside and in front of the hand washing sink at the sand bar. Operator cleared the hand washing sink.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. The paper towels at the hand washing sink at the sand bar are saturated with water.
No soap provided at handwash sink. The soap dispenser at the hand washing sink at the sand bar is empty. Operator provided soap.

Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Dish washer not remove if gloves and washing hands when transferring from dirty dishes to sanitized dishes. Advised the need for proper hand washing habits and operator corrected.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Located at Sand Bar outside bar, hand washing habits sin being used for thawing drink products. Operator advised to only use sink for hand washing purposes. Items removed and basin cleaned.
Equipment and utensils not rinsed between washing and sanitizing. Operator ceased washing utensils and dishes and properly set up three compartment sink. Advised operator to re-wash and sanitize items in ware washing area. Operator acknowledged and made steps to correct issue.

Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. A cook is wearing a watch and bracelet while preparing food. The employee removed the watch and bracelet.
Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. There is a ice scoop at the bar with the handle in contact with the ice. Inspector educated the operator on proper storage of the ice scoop.

Also raw turkey burger over ready-to-eat dressings at far end cook line in low reach-in cooler under convection over. Operator rearranged items for proper storage.
Handwash sink missing in warewashing or food preparation area. In remote ice machine area, no easily accessible handwash sink near this food prep area.

Operator is temporarily using time as a public health control on middle cooler on cook line, no written procedures observed. Provided operator with time as a public health control form, operator filled out at time of inspection.
