Observed flip top cooler 2// sliced turkey (48F - Cold Holding); cooked shrimp (45F - Cold Holding) at cook line. Per operator, food not prepped or portioned today; food out of temperature for approximately 2 hours. Operator put foods inside walk in cooler and put ice bags on foods to quick chill.

Per operator, foods out of temperature for approximately 2 hrs; Operator moved foods to another walk in cooler to quick chill.
