Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Printed a copy for owner, they taped on wall.

Employee had food on prep table at back kitchen and had started eating the food then walked through to the bar to fix herself a drink in her personal cup all while chewing food. Employee was redirected to dining area with food.
