Nonfood-grade hose conveying potable water.
Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature: observed raw chicken in top drawer of low boy reach-in cooler over raw pork in bottom drawer of same reach-in cooler. Owner/Operator rearranged the food for proper storage.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb: observed water hose is attached to a splitter that is attached to a spigot that is attached to the city water supply but the line has not been permitted per the City of Fort Walton Beach Building Inspector.
Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification and no other certified food service manager employed at this location: Owner/Operator states the Certifed Food Manager certificate is not on the MFDV.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees.
