Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dish machine chlorine 0PPM. Establishment had sanitizer line ran into rinse aid instead of chlorine. Inspector had employee replace chemical with chlorine, then prime machine. Then chlorine 100ppm. Inspector instructed manager to have employees resanitize all dishes washed today.
