Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed cutting board on reach-in cooler across from grill soiled/ stained.
No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products. Observed operator unable to provide a probe thermometer. Operator stated she will get one this afternoon. She has a different style fryer thermometer.
Clean-out cap missing from plumbing line. Observed cap missing from quick disconnect line on exterior of MFDV.
