Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands. Employees began to work and served hot dogs and drinks without being able to wash their hands.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed hot dogs with temperatures of 48F in cooler with ice. Person in charge had extra cooler of ice and completed covered hotdogs with excess ice.
No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees.
