Observed the sanitizer rinse at 112F on the dishmachine. Operator contacted Ecolab. Operator set up 3 compartment sink for sanitizing.
Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed an employee enter kitchen, grab phone with no hand wash and begin to prepare food. Operator coached.
