Per operator, these were placed in unit at 10:55 from cooler. Also observed unit closer to deep frat fryer: cooked chicken (58F - Cold Holding); meatballs (58F - Cold Holding); pepperoni (58F - Cold Holding). The unit is not operating properly and inside is at room temperature to the touch. Inspector thermometer reading that was left inside hit a max temperature of 68°F. A stop sale was issued for cooked chicken, pepperoni, and meatballs.
