Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. In kitchen approximately 3 live roaches crawling on floor in front of coolers. In kitchen Approximately 100 live roaches, inspector moved box of glass ware on floor next to flip top cooler and roaches began to crawl out of hole in wall and card board box, crawling on wall, shelf of clean and sanitized plates, sealed containers of dry seasoning, floor, flip top cooler. Operator began to kill roaches and chose to discard of all products.

Discussed with operator who began cleaning.
