Observed chemical dish washer machine not properly sanitized reading 0ppm. Prime and retest and still reading 0ppm. Operator will discontinue the dish washer machine and set 3 compartment sink to wash rinse and sanitize properly

Observed not fully thaw raw fish in salad cooler thawing out not having a cut in ROP to release gas. Operator made a cut in ROP.
