Evidence of mop/cleaning wastewater dumped onto ground. Operator stated they dump their mop water into the grass. We showed operator where the mop sink was located and that that is the correct place to dump mop water.
Equipment drain line draining into handwash sink. Observed ice machine drain line draining into handwashing sink.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed in ice machine on counter in back kitchen prep area.
Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Observed in back kitchen prep area
