Employee placed raw chicken in fryer with gloved hands, removed gloves and put on new gloves without washing hands in between. Employee coached on proper handwashing with glove changes and employee washed hands.

Inspector spoke to cook about proper glove use/handwashing. Cook washed hands, put on new gloves then reheated bun to 145F.
