At flip top cooler overfilled container of mushrooms 46F at 2pm- Ambient Cooling for 30 minutes, 2nd temp 60F Ambient cooling at 3:04), at this rate product will not reach 41F within 4 hours, operator divided the container in half and placed both containers in reach in freezer.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. At prep area raw chicken wings thawing in handwashing sink. Operator removed from sink.
No mop sink or curbed cleaning facility provided at establishment. At prep area sink previously utilized as a mop sink is required hand washing sink for food prep area.
