Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. At Upright single door stainless;; coleslaw (47F - Ambient Cooling 2:00/50F 2:25). Operator stated coleslaw prepared 30 minutes prior, at this rate will not reach 41F within 4 hours, moved to walk-in cooler to facilitate faster cooling.

Reach-in cooler shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Upright stainless reach in on cook line; shelves have rust pitted surface. Advised Operator to replace/repair.
Standing water in bottom of bar double glass door lowboy reach-in-cooler. Advised Operator to remove standing water, clean and sanitize interior.
