Outside back door evidence of wastewater dumping, during inspection, employee opened back door to dump mop bucket, I did stop the employee but stated that's where they dump their water, they had no idea where the mop sink was located, I did show employees where the mop sink was, blocked by unused ice machine and cleaning equipment
