Handwash sink missing in warewashing or food preparation area. Observed establishment added a sushi station in lobby area with 2 reach in coolers, a display cooler, rice cooker and prep table. No hand washing sink in new area. As per operator sushi station is used from Tuesday to Sunday 10:30am - 11:00pm. Advised operator that area can not be used until plans have been submitted and approved. Provided plan review referral and package.
No plan review submitted and approved - renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
