Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. At time of inspection quaternary test kit available but sanitizer available not a quart based sanitizer, discussed with operator and state will pick up correct sanitizer for strips available.
