Dishwasher in kitchen at 0 ppm chlorine, after 3 attempts. Advised manager to discontinue use of dishwasher until repaired. Repair service was contacted during inspection and dishwasher was repaired and reading 100 ppm.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs stored over tomato stock in 2 door reach in cooler. Manager moved eggs to bottom shelf.

Operator stated items were reheated on stove prior to being placed in steam table, being held 1 hour, reheated both to above 165°F.
