Employee eating in a food preparation or other restricted area. At the pizza station, a drink bottle was stored over the make table. The employee removed the bottle.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. On the cook line, the cooks cell phone and earbuds were stored in the window over the flip top cooler. The cook removed the items.
