No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand washing sink at front counter. Observed employee putting out paper towels. Observed no paper towels at hand washing sink next to three compartment sink due to employee taking those and putting them at front sink.
No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed no soap at hand washing sink at front counter. Observed employee bringing out dish washing detergent for hand soap from three compartment sink.was advised that they use the three compartment sink for hand washing (not observed).
