Excluded employee working at the food service establishment. Per manager (K. Amaral) present at today's inspection, he was working a shift on 4/12/2025 and was in the bathroom vomiting when guest saw him. Manager stated when he returned to kitchen, regional manager asked him how he was doing and he informed him he was not feeling well and vomiting. No one exclude him from working the remainder of his shift.
