Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 6-7 live roaches in an unused reach in drawer cooler at far end of cook line under flattop grill. Cooler had food debris and pieces of cardboard and paper in it. Manager removed drawers, along with the draw surrounds and sprayed degreasers in unit to clean it out and remove and kill live roaches. Pest control also called to come in to treat unused unit.
