Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Salad bar: Pasta salad 45F, Ranch 45F, cheese 41F, lettuce 45, coleslaw 45F. Food was out for 1 hour, Manager replace product and replaced product.

Observed dishwasher machine with 0ppm chlorine reading. Operator set up sink with 200ppm chlorine reading during inspection.
