The water is slowly coming back up. We ran all the hand washing sinks, the dishwasher, flushed the toilets and the hand washing sinks in the bathrooms.

Interior of microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Microwaves on the shelf above the flip top reach in cooler near the expo window.
Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Label on pans on the shelf above the prep sink.
Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Wiping cloth stored on an employee belt. The wiping cloth was removed.
