Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed ice in hand wash sink next to walk in cooler. Manager had employee clean out.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed mold like substance on inside of ice machine.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed large Cambro lids stacked in dish area while still wet. Manager took all lids to dish area.

No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed no soap at hand wash sink in kitchen next to wall in cooler. Manager added soap.
Fly sticky tape hanging over food/food preparation area/food-contact equipment. Observed 4 fly sticky tapes and one bug zapper over bread. Manager had employee take down sticky tape.

Displayed food not properly protected from contamination. Pan of lemons on counter in customer drink area. Manager had lemons moved behind sneeze guard at time of inspection.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. By three compartment sink. Restocked at time of inspection.
Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. On cook line.
In-use ice scoop stored on soiled surface between uses. Dirty water pooled inside ice scoop holster. Manager had scoop and holster cleaned at time of inspection.
