In-use utensil not stored on a clean portion of food preparation or cooking equipment. Pizza paddles stored on top of the pizza oven at the front counter. Discussed with operator storing pizza paddles on clean sheet trays that are easily washable.
Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Wet mop head stored inside of mop bucket at the mop sink. Operator discussed options for hanging wet mops to dry.
