What the inspector wrote — 8 findings
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed the front line staff use the cash register system, no hand wash, put on gloves and start preparation for the next drink. During this time, when scooping/adding scooped ice cream to a drink, he used the glove to release the ice cream from the scoop. The manager retrained the staff to be more cautious, and to wash hands before putting on gloves.
