Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Upon inspection, observed case of avocados over covered pans of ready to eat meatballs and macaroni and cheese in reach in cooler. Also observed raw shell eggs over cream cheese blocks in reach in cooler. Manager moved avocados below pans of ready to eat food and also moved eggs below blocks of cream cheese during inspection.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Upon inspection, observed temperatures of sliced ham 53f, sliced turkey 55, sliced tomatoes 56f in upper make bar. Kitchen employees stated less than four hours. Noted make bar top door open constantly during inspection. Advised manager and employees to keep top closed as much as possible to allow products to stay cold. Employees began removing products to be placed in colder holding unit during inspection.
