Observed employee entering through door from outside bar to scoop ice for drinks and handle single service straws, no handwash step. Spoke with operator regarding proper handwash steps.
Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. On cook line employee touching raw chicken with gloves, change gloves to continue plating ready-to-eat foods, no handwash. Spoke with employee and operator, operator properly washed hands and donned new gloves.
