Observed an employee go from dirty dishes to clean dishes without washing their hands. Operator had them rerun the dishes and wash their hands

See stop sale. Observed butter and cheese olives listed on their time as a public health control plan for 4hrs set out without time marks. Operator stated they had been out for approximately 30minutes and marked them accordingly.
