Wash solution in spray type hot water sanitizing dishmachine not reaching proper temperature according to manufacturer's specifications. Observed Dishwasher (Temperature less than 160F). Operator will use the triple sink until the dishwasher is fixed.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed metal containers in the dishwashing area with wet nesting. Operator stored in a manner to allow air drying.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed Bar Handsink used a dump sink. Reviewed proper use of hand sinks. Bartender used proper sink

Bar glass washer - chlorine 0ppm. Observed empty sanitizing solution bottle. Operator replaced and primed unit. Chlorine 100ppm.
Self-closing device on bathroom door disconnected/broken.
