Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. In kitchen approximately 10 rodent droppings behind deep fryer's on floor, discussed with operator who cleaned and sanitized area. In kitchen approximately 2 rodent droppings on floor next to entrance to kitchen near walk in cooler. Discussed with operator who cleaned and sanitized area. At bar approximately 3 rodent droppings on floor in along wall, discussed with operator who cleaned and sanitized area. In men's restroom approximately 1 rodent droppings on on floor under urinal, discussed with operator who cleaned and sanitized area. In women's restroom under sink approximately 1 rodent dropping on floor, discussed with operator who cleaned and sanitized area.
