Mobile food dispensing vehicle disposing liquid waste improperly. MFDV has pvc pipes running from the waste water outlet of the truck to the ground water drainage in the parking area. Operator stated the waste water has been running into the drainage system for approximately 3 days. Operator removed the pipes and reattached the waste tank.
