Equipment in poor repair. Observed handle of reach-in cooler across from grill with duct tape. Also, observed multiple red handled spatulas chipped/ burned handle. Operator removed red spatulas that are in disrepair from clean storage shelf.

Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature.raw chicken stored over raw shelled eggs. Operator removed eggs to properly store below chicken.
Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Sanitizer Bucket (Quaternary +500ppm) test strip darker blue color than 500 on test color guide. Operator had employees properly store add more water to solution and retested at 200ppm.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Employee used hand wash sink at end of bar area to dump bucket of water. Operator spoke with employee.
