Observed dish machine at 0ppm. Observed chlorine sanitizer at dish machine empty. Advised operator to use 3 compartment sink until sanitizer bucket can be replaced.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed 8 cans of butane stored with food products on shelf rack near entrance of kitchen. Operator removed can of butane and stored always in storage room.
