Observed the low-temperature, bleach-sanitizing machine with an empty bleach bucket. Per the operator, the machine is broken. I advised them to stop using it and set up a three-compartment sink.

Additionally, the reach-in refrigerator in the lobby, located below the beer guns, was malfunctioning; because an open container of commercially Ranch dressing was being stored inside the unit, a stop sale was issued.
