In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed cup inside cheese container at reach in cooler. Operator removed cup from inside container.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw bacon stored over ham at walk in cooler. Manager rearranged product.
