Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed white cutting board soiled has black discoloration left on the surface ( pizza make table)

Observed no time mark for the waffle batter per Kitchen Manager 8:00am-9:30 am checking product at 9:25am
