Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw shell eggs stored over ready to eat mushrooms in the walk in cooler. Operator stored properly.
Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Observed raw mechanically tenderized steak stored over raw fish, raw chicken stored over raw beef and raw chicken stored over raw steak in the walk in cooler. Operator stored properly.
