No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products.
Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Observed no drop down ceiling at storage area at hallway, dry storage and warewashing area. Also observed at front counter under the under ice machine.
No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit.
No container installed for catching grease from hood drip tray.
