An employee touched a garbage can then clean utensils without changing gloves and washing their hands. Educated the employee on proper hand washing. Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On the cook line, raw shell eggs (51F). Operator states that the eggs were removed from refrigeration two hours ago. Eggs moved back to cold holding.
