To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233: Establishment's employees are the owner, who has his Certifed Food Manager, and his wife. Her certificate is expired.

Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food: pan of raw shrimp on shelf over pan of cream cheese in walk-in cooler. Owner/Operator moved the cream cheese to another shelf for proper food storage.
Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink: employee/cook washed her hands in the food prep sink and not the hand-wash sink next to it. Inspector gave corrective feedback.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing: both hand-wash sinks in the kitchen had items in them: one had a scrub pad and the other had a scrub pad and plastic container. Employee removed.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink: hand-wash sink by food prep sink does not have paper towels.
In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment: two knives, one on each side of the make-line were between the make-line and the tables next to it. Employee removed.
