What the inspector wrote — 7 findings
Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm). Operator primed machine and readjusted the bucket of sanitary solution but was unable to get a reading. Operator set up triple sink to sanitize until dish machine able to have a minimum of 50ppm.
