Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Observed dish machine used in warehouse not sanitizing properly chlorine tested at 0ppm.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed an employee drink cup on food prep table with buffalo chopper, manager moved cup to appropriate location.
