Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Tested at 0ppm. Detergent and sanitizer dipper tubes reversed. Dipper tubes placed in correct product and machine primed during inspection. Retested at 100ppm.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs stored over drinks in beer walk-in. Manager moved eggs to a different shelf during inspection.
Stop Sale issued on ice due to bottle of beer stored in ice.

Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. Observed grouper thawed and sealed with no opening in ROP package with instructions to remove from package. Kitchen Manager cut small slit in thawed grouper packages.
