Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Trash on floor around dumpster and behind rear exit. Per operator the strip mall is having an issue with bears. They cannot lock the dumpster as hasp and loop were broken off. They have been working with property management to get a more secure dumpster area. Operator with clean and maintain dumpster area and remove garbage/equipment behind business.
