Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed multiple food items held above 41F in the following locations: Cold hold at prep area: salsa 50F at 12:15. Per manager held since 10:30, corrected to 38F at 12:45 Make Table: raw beef 52F and raw chicken 48F at 12:15. Per manager held since 10:30, corrected to raw beef 39F and raw chicken 40F at 1:15. Walk in Cooler: raw chicken 49F and raw beef 52F at 12:15, per manager held since yesterday, see stop sale.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed multiple chemicals/medicine stored above and around food/single-use items in dry storage next to dish area.
