Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Bar area dish machine testing at 0ppm. Discovered had used quaternary ammonium sanitizer. Operator replaced with chlorine sanitizer, now testing at 100ppm.
