Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Hand sink in bar area blocked by two prep tables. The corners of the tables are not allowing access to the hand sink. Observed application from 3/14/2019 were the provisos states 2)) HANDWASH SINK MUST BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES AND MAY NOT BE BLOCKED. A table was added to this area and was not originally on approved plans. Discussed with manager on duty.
